Humorist and children’s poet Joyce Armor earned a BA at Wittenberg University. Her poems take on daily life from a child’s perspective and have been featured in numerous anthologies of humorous verse, including Rolling in the Aisles: A Collection of Laugh-Out-Loud Poems (2011), No More Homework! No More Tests! Kids’ Favorite Funny School Poems (1997), and Kids Pick the Funniest Poems: Poems That Make Kids Laugh (1991). Armor is also the author of The Dictionary According to Mommy: A Humorous Guide to Motherhood (1989), What You Don’t Know about Having Babies … A Pregnancy Q&A Book (1997), and Letters from a Pregnant Coward (1987).
